Background

Cayden Liew holds a Degree in Bachelor of Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore. He was interested in Embedded System Design, and experienced in programming languages such as C, C++, Assembly and VHDL and microcontroller such as PIC16/18 and 8051.

His passion and interest in Technology & programmings then lead him from Engineering to the IT industry. Cayden joined various IT start-ups in Web and Mobile industries. He was a Facebook game programmer and is experienced in developing high traffic applications in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment. He was also experienced in developing applications that integrated with different social media APIs such as Facebook, Twitter and Flickr.

Cayden was then had an opportunity to join a local publishing company to be the key person in managing the whole development process of Iphone/Ipad applications. He was responsible in the research and development of new Iphone/Ipad applications and web-based Content Management System such as WordPress. He wrote WordPress plugin that worked as a backend for the IOS applications.

He is experienced in developing apps with Core data, MapKit, Location, customization of UI components and communication between apps and backend web services.
